Bryan, of Oologah, was arrested on a hindering investigation complaint in Craig County, online records show. He was taken into custody at 6:45 p.m. No charges were filed. Brian released a statement on social media saying he had an incident with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and emotions ran high. In the statement, Bryan apologized to the troops. “Today I had an incident with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Emotions got the best of me and I went overboard in what I said,” Brian posted. “I support law enforcement as much as anyone, and at this point I’m frustrated, it’s not like me, and I’m sorry. They brought me to jail, where I’m floating in a vase. Prayers may we all continue. From this and prayers people know I’m trying my best, I Love you guys and I’m really sorry to the officers.” Law enforcement officials have not released the circumstances of Brian’s arrest. The arrest comes shortly after Brian’s announcement.
