Kate Middleton has delighted fans by announcing she will be making her second public appearance on Sunday following her battle with cancer.
The Princess of Wales will attend the men’s singles final between Carlos Algarz and Novak Djokovic at Wimbledon on Sunday afternoon (July 14), Kensington Palace has confirmed.
However, Royal, who is suffering from cancer, has decided to miss Saturday’s women’s singles final between Barbora Krejcikova and Jasmine Poulin.
Princess Kate has attended Wimbledon for many years since she was married to Prince William, and in her role as patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club traditionally presents trophies to the winner.
Kate Middleton has stepped back from all royal duties this year following her battle with cancer, and was last seen at Trooping the Color on June 15. She put on a brave face with her three children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. When King Charles attended the birthday parade.
